Tim Bills
President, ASHI Certified Home Inspector (CHI)
Tim is the founder and president of Sentry Home Inspections, LLC. He is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Falls Church, VA. His inspection training and experience, coupled with a successful 21-year public safety career that included 13 years as a deputy sheriff, has provided him with the professionalism and interpretive investigative skills necessary to offer top of the line, quality home inspections.
Tim understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions of one’s life. Because of this, he takes his profession very seriously and works hard through continuing education to provide the best possible service to his clients. Tim has performed over 2100 home inspections within Washington, DC and the DC metro area.
Tim is committed to the ASHI Standards of Practice and to the ASHI Code of Ethics.

- Certified Home Inspector (CHI), American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
- Virginia Certified Home Inspector, Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors
- Maryland licensed home inspector as required by the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors
- National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) Certified Radon Measurement Specialist

Isaac Kieffer
ASHI Member, Home Inspector
Isaac graduated from the Home Inspector Training Academy in Arlington, VA. He is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and strictly adheres to the ASHI standards of practice and code of ethics. His background as a real estate analyst of multi-million dollar properties instilled in him a passion for critically evaluating real estate transactions. Isaac is committed to providing a friendly, thorough and informative inspection that empowers clients to make a well-informed real estate purchase or sale.
Isaac's Credentials:
In addition to performing home inspections, Isaac is currently researching ways to offer thermal imaging to clients and safety inspections for seniors and the disabled.
Isaac enjoys educating clients throughout the home inspection process so they can make clear and confident decisions.
