Hello and welcome to Sentry Home Inspections, LLC.  I’m Tim Bills, owner and president of Sentry Home Inspections, LLC.  I’m a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Falls Church, VA.  My inspection training and experience, coupled with a successful 21-year public safety career that included 13 years as a deputy sheriff, has provided me with the professionalism and interpretive investigative skills necessary to offer quality home inspections.

I understand that purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions of one’s life.  Because of this, I take my profession very seriously and work hard through continuing education to provide the best possible service to my clients.

I’m a Certified Home Inspection with the American Soiciety of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and I am committed to the ASHI Standards of Practice and to the ASHI Code of Ethics. 

I am also a Virginia Certified Home Inspector, License Number 3380 000286, as defined by the Commnowealth of Virginia, Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors.

In addition to my Virginia certification, I am a Maryland licensed home inspector as required by the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors.
